Clubman aims to deliver within the agreed time frame upon purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame should unforeseen circumstances arises. Kindly refer to the FORCE MAJEURE in our Terms and Conditions.
Apart from such unexpected events which are beyond our control, we will do our best to fulfill your order.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.
At Clubman, all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday to Friday by using DHL Ecommerce to West Malaysia. Orders will be processed on the next day and customer will be receiving the order within stipulated working days except public holidays.
Delivery For West Malaysia
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in West Malaysia only. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Delivery For East Malaysia
Please contact us for product that you interested to confirm if shipping is viable as we have numerous dangerous good products.
Delivery Practices
Please note that you will have to sign for your order. Clubman will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient. Should you be unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the assigned logistic company will Please call the assigned logistic company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery. After three attempts (total) at delivering your order, it will be returned to Clubman. Following this, redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
Defect Or Damage
If you discover an external defect or damage upon delivery, kindly email us with supporting evidence (video) and your invoice number, to arrange for return or full refund within 7 days. Do note that the final decision is subject to the company’s discretion. In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please email us and we will get back to you in a few working days to investigate the matter. Tracking Orders
Once your order/s have been picked up by our assigned logistic company the tracking codes will be available, and you can then track the delivery status of your order via “my order history” in your account page. Tracking and order information will be also sent via email, once order is ready to be shipped.
Out Of Stock Items
Items marked “out of stock” are not available for order. You may add the item to your wishlist. We will email you once the items are back in stock.
We strive to deliver your order within the delivery timing indicated. However, in the event of stock unavailability of items ordered, we will inform you within 2-3 business days and we seek your kind understanding in the delay of shipment pertaining to stock availability.
