Clubman is committed to providing quality products to our customers and we will process a return / refund for the following reasons:
• If the product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery
• If the product delivered is different from the item ordered
All items to be returned within 14 days only upon request by the company, in its original condition, with full packaging, materials, and tags; otherwise we shall have the discretion to reject your claim.
All personal care products CANNOT be returned once opened. The seal must not be tampered with or broken in any way. Once goods are opened and seal is broken, they are considered sold.
All products may be exchanged only once if they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery or if it is a different product.
Refund of payment which is the price paid at the time of ordering shall be made in such manner as we shall determine at our sole and absolute discretion.
How Can I Return My Purchase?
If you discover an external defect or damage upon delivery, kindly email us at customerservice@clubman.my with video and images along with your invoice number. We will get back to you to arrange for return or full refund after careful evaluation.
Please allow 7 working days from the date you submit the Returns request for your inquiry to be processed.
To make the process run smoother and faster do attach video(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details.
Clubman reserves the right of final decision whether the product in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
We recommend using a reliable courier service to prevent lost parcels or damage.
In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please also lodge a report by by email us at customerservice@clubman.my and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
